Burger King trainer:
Win the Burger King event in the career mode. Then at trainer selection screen, press Down until Burger King appears as a choice.

Easy wins:
To get easy wins in career mode, set Illegal Blows to Off in the options menu. After that go to the fight store and purchase the illegal head punch (Elbow Shot). During your fight, be sure to use the Elbow Shot against your opponent whenever he throws a punch. This will result in a KO in a short time period.

Don’t Lose:
If you get knocked down while fighting in career mode and you aren’t going to make it, quickly turn your PS3 off. When resume the game, you can start the fight again.
